Manor Lords has been favorited more than three million times by Steam users.
Slavic Magic's medieval city-building strategy game Manor Lords has hit a major milestone ahead of its Steam Early Access release. According to published statistics, in January of this year, about two million Steam gamers had Manor Lords on their wish list, which reached 2.5 million earlier this month and has now surpassed three million to witness the massive popularity of this game before be its early release.
Commenting on the success, Tim Bender, CEO of Hooded Horse, the publisher of Manor Lords, said in a press release: “The Slavic Magic team has done an amazing job. We are proud and happy to be their game publisher and help this studio realize their dream."
Manor Lords game was originally created by one person named Greg Styczeń and most of its development is done by him. The gameplay offers a combination of simultaneous strategy style and 14th century city building. The player in the role of the king must establish his own tribe and take over the leadership of its people. In addition, expanding the tribe and improving people's lives will be other duties of the gamer.
The player can raise an army or hire mercenary groups to fight for him, adding surrounding territories to his fledgling country. Meanwhile, the leaders of other tribes will have the same goals as you, and it depends on the player's decision to make peace or war with them. Manor Lords game will be available to PC players on 26 April 2024 as early access.
